We sit down to talk about what your most want to see in your new home. All your wants and needs. The best location. Any unique features. Any features we want to stay away from.
We’ll schedule viewings around your agenda and view properties of interest at a time when owners or other agents aren’t present. We can talk freely about the pros and cons and you can get a real feel for the home.
Once we have viewed a few homes together, I’ll have an excellent understanding of what you are looking for. Then I can preview homes for you, saving you time and ensuring that you only visit the homes that offer real potential.

STEP 2: Making smart informed decisions

You’ve found your home, now it’s time to make an offer. I love this part, I know it well, and I’ll keep you informed and in the loop every step of the way. There are a ton of different strategies, and I enjoy using them all!
STEP 3: Checks and balances
Your offer has been accepted! It’s time to arrange the home inspection, to ensure the mortgagor has all necessary information to confirm financing, and to meet any other buyer or seller conditions in the contract.
STEP 4: Getting it all straight
All paperwork to date and other info will be forwarded to the lawyer, who confirms and processes the closing. They prepare all closing paperwork and contact you to arrange to visit their office to finalize prior to closing.
